A fully charged 24V battery can support 45–90 minutes of continuous driving, depending on the load weight and road condition. We recommend preparing a spare battery for longer outdoor play.
What is the maximum weight limit of the ride-on go-kart?
The maximum load capacity is 150 lbs, suitable for kids aged 6–14 years old.
Is the speed of the kids electric go-kart adjustable?
Yes, it has 3 speed modes. You can choose low speed for younger children to ensure safety.
How much time does it take to assemble the toy after receiving?
Most parts are pre-assembled. It only takes 15–30 minutes to finish assembly following the detailed manual.
Are these ride-on toys suitable for indoor use?
Yes. The go-kart, RC construction vehicles and robot dog work well on wooden floors, cement ground and flat indoor floors. Avoid uneven floors to prevent scratches or stuck wheels.
Does the remote controller need manual pairing after unboxing?
No. Every remote controller is pre-paired with the toy before shipment. You just need to install batteries on the remote and turn on the toy to use it directly.
What should I do if the product is damaged or parts are missing on arrival?
Please take photos or videos as proof and email us within 48 hours. We will send free replacement parts or arrange a refund for you.

All our kids electric toys have passed ASTM F963 US toy safety certification. They are made of kid-friendly non-toxic plastic with safety seat belts and anti-collision design to protect children during play.
Can I return or exchange the toy if my child doesn’t like it?
You can apply for return within 30 days with original packaging intact. Buyers need to bear the return shipping fee for non-quality returns.
