一. Return Eligibility Period
We offer a 30-day return window for all orders counted from the date you receive your package.
To apply for a return or exchange, you must submit a return request to our customer service team within the 30-day period. All returned goods must be unused, intact, complete with original packaging, tags and all matching accessories. Products with man-made damage, scratches, missing parts or incomplete packaging will not be eligible for full refund or exchange.
二. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
1. Return caused by Our Liability (Free return shipping covered by us)
If the return request results from our faults including product quality defects, wrong item delivery, missing accessories, size/description mismatch, damaged goods upon arrival:
We shall bear the standard return shipping cost. You must provide clear photos/videos of product issues and valid return shipping receipt for freight reimbursement review. We only compensate regular standard shipping fees and do not cover expedited shipping, express surcharges or insurance fees.
2. Voluntary personal returns (Buyer bears all shipping fees)
If you return items for personal reasons such as dislike, unsuitable size, accidental order, changed mind or unwanted purchase:
All outbound original delivery fees, return shipping fees, customs clearance fees and related logistics costs shall be fully borne by you. We will deduct the initial outbound shipping cost from your total refund amount when processing your refund. You take full responsibility for package loss or damage during return transit.
三. Refund Processing Rules
- After we receive and inspect your returned goods and confirm they meet return standards, we will initiate your refund within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment account; the actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your payment provider and bank.
- Customized products, clearance sale items and disposable consumable accessories are non-refundable unless they have factory quality defects.
四. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to reject refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Return application submitted beyond the 30-day quality protection period;
- Goods are damaged, stained, assembled or used by human error;
- Missing original packaging, product manuals, matching parts and gift accessories;
- Malicious repeated returns, fake damage claims and unfounded chargeback disputes.
五. Exchange Rules
If you need to exchange for another size or product, you need to complete the return process first, then place a new separate order. We do not support direct one-way exchange shipments to avoid logistics loss risks.
六. Policy Revision
AVA RECREATION LIMITED reserves the right to adjust this Refund Policy at any time. Updated clauses will be displayed on this page and take effect immediately after publication. All orders placed after the update date shall follow the latest refund rules.
