This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of nail art products purchased on our website. Please read the following delivery rules carefully before placing orders.

1. Shipping Area & Logistics

1.1 We currently provide delivery services to all non-sanctioned European countries, including all European Union member states, Norway, and Switzerland. Orders with delivery addresses outside these regions or in any sanctioned country will not be accepted.

1.2 We cooperate with official international logistics carriers to deliver goods. We will arrange the most suitable logistics channel according to your delivery address and order type. No specific carrier or expedited service is guaranteed or provided.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

2.1 Order Processing Time: After we confirm your payment, we need 2–3 business days to process, pack, and arrange shipment for your order. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.

2.2 Delivery Transit Time: Standard shipping usually takes 20–30 business days. The transit time is for reference only and may be delayed due to bad weather, customs inspection, logistics backlogs, strikes, or other objective factors beyond our control. No expedited or overnight shipping services are available.

2.3 Once the parcel is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email. You can track the logistics status in real time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Fees & Customs

3.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, order weight, and shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment.

3.2 We offer free shipping promotions from time to time. The applicable free-shipping threshold will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

3.3 Customs and Import Duties:

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, we handle customs clearance in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • For orders shipped to non-EU European countries (including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, etc.), any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Delivery Address Rules

4.1 Please fill in your detailed, accurate, and valid delivery address, recipient name, and contact phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failure, parcel return, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by you.

4.2 Once the order is shipped, address modifications are generally not possible. If you need to adjust the address urgently, please contact customer service immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that such modifications will be successful.

5. Parcel Receipt & Abnormal Logistics

5.1 Please inspect the outer package and goods immediately upon receipt. If the package is damaged, deformed, or goods are missing, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact our customer service right away.

5.2 If the logistics status shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local logistics station, building management, or neighbors/relatives. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

5.3 For parcels returned due to customer reasons (including but not limited to refusal to receive, incorrect address, or inability to contact the recipient), the return logistics fee and any re-delivery fee must be borne by the customer.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, parcel loss, or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemic control measures, customs policy changes, logistics system failures, strikes, or other uncontrollable situations beyond our reasonable control.
