Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy specifies the rules for return, exchange and refund of our nail art products. All return and refund applications must comply with the following provisions.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility & Time Limit

1.1 You can apply for return or exchange within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods. The time is calculated based on the logistics signed date.

1.2 To be eligible for return or exchange, the products must meet all the following conditions:

(1) The products are unused, unopened, undamaged, and keep the original appearance, original packaging, accessories and labels intact;

(2) The products are not damaged artificially, stained or modified;

(3) Special customized products, clearance sale products, gift accessories and disposable nail products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Reasons for Returns & Responsibility Division

2.1 Our Responsibility (Product Quality Problem, Wrong Item Sent, Missing Goods)

If you receive products with quality defects, wrong items or missing accessories, you can apply for return, exchange or full refund within the specified time. We will bear the round-trip shipping fees. Please provide clear photos or videos of the problematic goods as proof.

2.2 Customer’s Voluntary Return (No Quality Problem)

If you return goods for personal reasons such as dislike, improper style, wrong purchase without any quality problems:

(1) You shall bear all shipping fees for return and re-delivery;

(2) We will process the refund after we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they are intact;

(3) If the original order enjoys free shipping discount, the initial outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Return Operation Process

3.1 Before returning goods, you must contact our customer service to submit a return application and obtain the designated return address. Do not return goods without prior notice. Unauthorized return will not be accepted.

3.2 Pack the goods properly and send them back to the designated address within the time required by customer service. Please keep the return tracking number.

3.3 After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the arrival time depends on the rules of the payment platform.

4. Partial Refund & Order Cancellation

4.1 For unshipped orders, you can apply for full cancellation and full refund before shipment.

4.2 For orders that have been partially delivered or you only need to return part of the products, we support partial refund in accordance with the actual returned goods.

4.3 Once the order has been completely delivered and you have signed for it, partial refund shall be handled in accordance with the return rules above.

5. Rejected Returns Situation

We have the right to reject your return and refund application in the following situations:

5.1 The application exceeds the return time limit;

5.2 The returned products are used, damaged, stained, lost accessories or damaged original packaging;

5.3 Man-made damage, improper use or improper storage leading to product failure;

5.4 Return goods without prior communication and approval;

5.5 Products marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Damaged Goods After Signing

After you sign for the parcel normally, if the product is damaged due to improper use, storage or personal reasons, we will not accept return, exchange or refund. Please check the goods carefully when signing for receipt.
