Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here. We will try to answer the most common questions below.
For any other queries not answered here, please feel free to reach out to us via online chat.
How long do press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last 1-2 weeks. For longer wear (up to 3 weeks), we recommend using nail glue. For temporary use (1-3 days), nail tabs are perfect.
Are press-on nails reusable?
Yes! Most of our nails can be reused 2-3 times if you remove them carefully. To extend their life:
- Soak them in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes before gently prying them off
- Clean any leftover glue with a nail buffer
- Store them in the original packaging
How do I remove press-on nails safely?
Never force or pick at them! Follow these steps:
- Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes
- Gently lift the edges with a cuticle pusher
- If using glue, you can also soak them in acetone for 5-10 minutes
- Buff off any leftover adhesive and moisturize your nails afterward
Can I apply press-on nails myself?
Sure! Our set includes all the tools you need to wear it at home. There is also a step-by-step illustrated guide inside the packaging box. You can also find the wearing instructions in our CUSTOMER SERVICE section.
What if the nails don’t fit my size?
Each set includes 24 nails in 12 different sizes, so you can find the perfect fit for every finger. If you still have trouble, contact us and we’ll help you find your ideal size or offer a free exchange.
Are your press-on nails non-toxic and safe?
Yes! All our press-on nails are made of high-quality, non-toxic ABS plastic. The adhesives we provide are also skin-safe and hypoallergenic, suitable for most people.
Can I shower or swim with press-on nails?
It’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water, as this can weaken the adhesive. If you do get them wet, pat them dry immediately. For swimming or long baths, we recommend using nail glue instead of tabs for better hold.
How do I choose the right nail shape and length?
We offer 5 common shapes (oval, almond, square, stiletto, coffin) and 3 length options (short, medium, long).
- Short/medium lengths are ideal for daily wear, typing, and manual work
- Long lengths are great for special occasions
- Oval/almond shapes are the most comfortable and natural-looking You can also check our size guide on the product page for more details.
What’s included in each press-on nail kit?
Every kit includes:
- 24 press-on nails in 12 sizes
- Nail glue or adhesive tabs (your choice at checkout)
- A mini nail file and buffer
- A cuticle pusher
- Alcohol prep wipes
- Step-by-step application and removal instructions
Can I wear press-on nails if I have weak or damaged natural nails?
Absolutely! Press-on nails are a great alternative to acrylic or gel extensions, as they don’t damage your natural nails. They even protect weak nails from breakage while they grow out. Just be gentle when removing them to avoid further damage.
How should I store my press-on nails after use?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in the original packaging or a small airtight container to prevent dust and damage. Before storing, clean off any leftover glue with a nail buffer and let them dry completely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 7-14 business days, and expedited shipping is available for faster delivery. You can check shipping rates and delivery times at checkout based on your location.
What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us with photos within 7 days, and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
How do I prepare my natural nails before applying press-ons?
Follow these simple steps for the best hold:
- Trim and file your nails to your desired length
- Push back your cuticles gently
- Buff the surface of your nails lightly with a nail buffer
- Wipe your nails with an alcohol prep wipe to remove oil and dirt
- Let them dry completely before applying the press-ons
